Hi Anne, Oh how I can relate to you and your insomnia. I have had mine on and off for 12 long years. The last 3 weeks I have been averaging about 2-3 hrs a night so like a zombie again. I too would love just once to go to bed and sleep until the alarm went off? Never happened yet so I suppose I am stuck with it. Don't forget you are not alone. BW C
