Waking up after 4 hours. What to do

Posted by bpatrick on March 09, 2004 at 09:13:57:

I'm curious of what people think a person should do under the following circumstances.
1. Wake up after 2 hours.
2. Wake up after 3 hours.
3. Wake up after 4 hours
4. Wake up after 5 hours.

Here's what I do. If I wake up after 5 hours I don't take any presciption drug. I take valerian , Gaba and other natural stuff.
If I wake up after 4 1/2 hours that's the sticky issue for me. What should I do ? I'm wondering what other's do.
Should I use sleep restriction in this case ?
If I wake up after 4 hours or less I take a little wine, Sonata, Valerian, Melatonin etc.
