I can say without hestitation that the ceasation of creatine is the reason why your endurance has dropped. Endurance in form of repetitions is the main benefit of creatine. I used it for a while myself and as soon as I stopped I could no longer do as many reps. With creatine I could do 12 reps with 225. Without it, only 8 reps. Also, I could do more exericses. I wouldn't be so quick to pin the blame on the klonopin and sonata. By the way, when I used klonpin I got cramps in my hands, kinda of sudden. Cramp attacks I called them. Anyway, I am doing so much better these days, mostly because I have done so much to eliminate the stressors in my life. I hope that you are able to get to that point as well. Starting a new business and having family problems is no picnic. One thing that I can recommend is that you need to make sure you do stuff for yourself. So many times we get caught up in solving other peoples problems. I use to do this, but now I often say no. Life is too short to be bogged down in problems. Take some solace in knowing that this will pass and your sleep will return. Lastly, I find talk therapy and CBT much better than any medicine on the market. Sometimes we just need to get things off our chest.
