In respond to sleepynj saying about talk therapy: do you find it hard talking about your sleeping problems and your worries to ordinary people, who have no idea what you are going through? You said that sometimes we just need to get things off our chest. But isn't it embarrassing talking to someone who won't understand? There are very few people who find insomnia an interesting subject for a discussion, even fewer, willing to talk about medication. Where do you find your audience of listeners in a “normal” world, besides this website? Do you have support and sympathy from your friends and family?
