OMG.... i have the same kind of pains in my body as you!!!! mine
might be due to the ambien ive been on for over a month now. it
is the weirdest pain isnt it? i also notice it in my hip area.

my doc. said you can also geet muscle pain/achiness from
allergy medication... all the antihistimines.

on a side note, i was going to the gym -- running/lifting, 6x a
week, January - March and then bam I went on vacation to
Japan, came back in mid-April and I havent been myself since....
and havent been sleeping on my own since then as well..... go
figure.
