anyway, how are you doing now? I've been struggling with obsessing about my sleep for a little over a year now. Bottom line...I'm scared about the prospect of not getting enough sleep...almost like a phobia. My doctor/counselor has helped me to understand that my self talk has a lot to do with it. When I redirect my thoughts, I usually get a good night's rest...I just have a hard time doing this consistently. Do you not worry about it any more?
