I have been wondering if my severe insomnia could possibly be related to being perimenopausal too. I am 36. However, other than the insomia and feeling too hot at night I have no real symptoms of perimenopause. I have noticed that my body temp is higher at night than it is during the day but after reading your story I am sure that if i went to an endocrinologist all he would tell me is that everythng is completely normal too.
