yes, your body temp. should be the lowest when you are
sleeping peaking during the day. sorry to hear about the
bruxism and your sleeping problems.

about 3-4 weeks ago i noticed that my body temp. was very low
in the day (97. something) and that it would fluctuate to a high
of 99.1 as well.... which means no fever. i always felt like i was
feverish or cold.... but my temp. was always somewhat fine.

i havent been sleeping on my own for over a month now and
have been taking ambien (10mg) every night (which thankfully
gives me about a good 6 hours of sleep a night.

i notice that my heart pounds just when i go to bed everynight
and that i can feel it at various times during the day... not
racing.. just pounding.

a few people told me to get my thyoid checked out. let me ask
you do you also suffer from depression? muscle pain?
trembliness? losing weight? these can all be signs including
sleeplessness of a thyoid problem... it is worth checking out.

a few questions: are you male? where do you live?

keep in touch
