laninyc, I had chronic insomnia for about six months when I came across SR...It takes a long time to reverse the cycle, more than a long weekend. It's different for everyone. It's taken me about 18 months to get to the point where I sleep well every night. Once in awhile I'll have a bad night, but who doesn't. I am a recovered insomniac and SR set me free.
