Although so much of the time I've felt like insomnia was simply my cross to bear and sometimes the loneliness & frustration have felt unbearable, I can honestly say that finding SR and *anything* that works without having to take drugs (I'm a breastfeeding mom & recovering alcoholic) has been so empowering, where I used to think I was its victim; I can grab a shovel (and a friend or two) and dig myself out of the pit. Thanks; good question.
