hi
i to have suffered since i was little. my fear was the noise, thumps loud voices i could hear downstairs. i always thought my mum was being hurt by dad. this fear set the pattern for life and now on anti depressents etc. i sleep in my own home now and am much safer but i believe thats where it all started. maybe if you talk through with your mum it may help release some deep feelings.
