I just ordered a magnetic mattress , magnetic eyewear , magnetic pillow and a magnetic pulse generator last week. I don't have them yet. I've been told that it works for some but not others and that it takes a couple of weeks to see any results. I thought I'd give it a try. The place I ordered mine from will refund 75% of your money within 6 months if you don't see results. I've read articles where studies have been done and that it did help people to sleep. I've also read testimonies (on the site selling the stuff) where people said it helped them. I talked to a sales lady who sounded very honest (as she recommmended I didn't buy certain things) who said her magnetic mattress has helped her quite a bit.
I'd recommend doing an internet search on insomnia magnetic field therapy or insomnia magnetism or insomnia magnets and see what you find. There's also books on the subject.
