Ambien

I've been using 20 to 25mg for about 1 1/2 years. allthough i have never had really bad side effects, I intend to eventually stop taking the ambien. Does anyone here has experience quitting such a dose of ambien? Or has anyone here stopped using anbien after using it for a long period of time? what kind of problems should i expect?
