Most of the websites I've checked are very aware of the North(negative I believe) and South(positive I believe) effects of magnetism and what effects North and South have on the body.
They all recommend to use North Pole affecting magnets which helps with sleep. From what I've read there are real physical results from the magnetism such as more oxygen getting from the blood into cells , more melatonin being released from the penal gland , higher blood flow throughout the body etc.
