I got "quiet time" on my phone from my local phone carrier. It saves me from a phone call, even wrong number, from waking me up. It allows you to set a time when phone will not ring through but caller will get message instead. You also set time calls will ring through.
For family emergencies, there is a code person can put in to let call come through even during Quiet Time.
