that rings a bell. DONT SLEEP ITS NOT SAFE. just as youre tipping over the edge into sleep land something alerts the mind to start thinking again and so interupting the sleep pattern. ive got passed this now but moved on to waking after just a couple of hrs sleep. this can happen 2/3 times a nite. all this broken sleep results in great tiredness the next day. anyone else experienced the same.
