Yes, thankyou for that info. Unfortunately I had to figure out all that on my own, through the use of a digital thermometer. None of the dozens of doctors I saw for my problems ever made mention. The funny thing was, I migh never have stumbled across this insight if it had not been for the fact that my local fire department sponsored a mercury thermometer disposal drive and was handing out free didgital thermometers to every person who brought in their old mercury thermometers for an exchange! What wonderful people!

I don't know when I became a nightowl but it was early in life; it started with my staying up late in bed during gradeschool to finish reading books that I just couldn't put down (I was always a voracious reader). I would be up until 2 Am reading by flashlight. Then in highschool there were major family problems that kept me awake until around 1AM often. And on Saturday nights I would get up at 3Am to deliver newspapers, disrupting me sleep. But the most disruptive was in my mid-twenties when I had a job that required occasional Night Awakes (being awake all night to watch over a unit) and then going home to sleep during the day. Through all this I had major depression. My troubles sleeping continued to escalate from there.
