remeron and constipation...

I know that this may sound like a silly thing to post on the sleepnet, but I am wondering what you can do about the constipation that accompanies taking remeron (currently 7.5 mg. nightly). I like the sleep I'm getting (even if it's only 5 hours or so), but the constipation is a bit of a drag. Thanks for any suggestions...
