course while you are going through it seems very rational.... and
it is all you can believe.

this cycle can be all encompassing as well... it can take over your
mind and it is all you can focus on... things trigger it... watching
a movie where someone gets cancer and then immediately i
think OMG i have that too, i should check that on the internet.

im curious to know what kinds of medication you have been on
or are on? is it for sleeping only? or for depression/anxiety?

i have been on ambien for about 2 months. i was prescribed
effexor which made me so sick to my stomach... i stopped it.
now i have been given zoloft... havent tried it yet.
