I haven't taken sleeping pills for almost 4 week now........and I miss them. I absolutely will not take them again, I'm too afraid... but I have to admit I do miss them....or at least I miss the drugged feeling when I wake up at night. I wake up so often and each time I do, I'm wide awake. I eventually go back to sleep, but it's like I take many naps during the night and never ever one full nights sleep. Since I turned my clock off, I'm not sure how long I sleep each time...but it seems like 30 minutes, wake up, 30 minutes, wake up.........all night long. The only positive thing is, even with my crappy sleep pattern, when I threw out my sleeping pills, I got rid of my depression too. If I had only known the connection......

I wish us all a good nights sleep. Why is it so easy for some, and so difficult for us?
