I'm still hanging in there. Last few nights have been tough because our baby was up a lot. Last night he kept me up till 2 a.m. and I was sure I wouldn't sleep at all. Next thing I know it's 7:15 a.m. so I got about 5 hours. So it does indeed seem my fears of getting no sleep at all are now groundless as it has not happened in a while. I always get 4 to 5 hours of sleep now (not good sleep, but sleep), sometimes 6. I am so glad to be off sleeping pills. Even my worst days now are better than my best days then. I still get very discouraged at times because progress is so slow. I am also somewhat nervous about the next week because my wife is leaving for 3 days, then I have to go on a 3-day trip. Hope this does not screw up my progress. Thanks everyone for the encouragement. I'd be lost without knowing others have been through this same thing and survived.
