Thanks for the post. So here I am again at 1:30, 2 hours after going to bed and falling asleep nicely. When I was treated at the Stanford Sleep Center many years ago, they told me waking up in the middle of the night was depression. Though now I don't think this is the case. I am not depressed. Just frustrated. When you say "anchor sleep" I am not sure what you mean. Thanks lots. Casablanca
