Sorry, hit the wrong key. As I was saying, the study showed I didn't get to sleep till after 2:30 am, and woke at 4:45...she said between then I only had 1 REM episode which just lasted a few minutes. Other than that, I stayed in stage 2 and only got 45 minutes of sleep. I know I will have to follow up with a neurologist after the test is scored etc. I just wondered if anyone else on here has the same problem? I know you cannot give medical advice. I do not take any pain meds, do not look at the clock, keep soft music playing, which I enjoy, and don't really lie there and "worry" about sleeping. Any advice?
Thanks !
