Daisy....I'm just curious as to what type of headaches you've been having. I too, in the last year have gone through daily headaches. They are the tension variety that start at the back of my head and wrap around like a tight band. I had them every day for several months..... But alas, I finally found something (not medication) that absolutely made them melt away. If you are having Migrane or Cluster headaches I'm not sure this would help...but then again it might. Anyway if you're interested, I'll share with you how I overcame them.

Also -- just curious -- did your sleep problems begin before or after the headaches started..?
Take care, Tom
