yes, i do have a hard time staying awake
in the late evening, til 12. if i just
sit on the sofa, i'll be dozing off. i'm
sure this is part of the problem but i'm
not sure what to do about it. what i've
been trying lately is i play computer
games til around a half hour before
bed time, to keep me alert, no dozing
off. then i spend that last half hour
relaxing, maybe doing some breathing
exercises. i've not been seeing a sleep
specialist. i'm unemployed right now and
don't have health insurance anymore.
i have thought about moving my sleep
pariod earlier. I've already moved it up
a half hour, from 12:30 to 6, to 12 to
5:30. i might try moving it again to 11:30
to 5.
