If you are consistently waking around 4 am and have trouble staying up late, why not make your sleep schedule 10:30 to 4? Then use the time in the morning to do some light exercise, take a walk, watch the sunrise, etc. This might pay off when you do find work because you'll be able to go in early and get off early enough to still enjoy the day (I always wished I could do this, but I have child care issues). Good luck!
