Actually, i slept a solid 4.5 hours last nite,
so i think that as long as my sleep is starting
to improve, i'll stick with the 5.5 hours in bed.
I did move my sleep time up a half hour, so
it's now 11:30 to 5. i had to use the playing
of computer games to keep myself awake in
the evening. I only stopped a half hour
before bedtime. I probably should have stopped
an hour before, because as it is i was too
aroused to get to sleep for about 30 to 40
minutes after going to bed. but then i didn't
get out of bed to go to the bathroom til
4:45. i think i must have woken up around 4:30.
but i had no memory of the passage of
the intervening time since around midnite,
so that is pretty good.
