Insomnia?

Posted by Jen on September 29, 2004 at 08:38:08:

I am not really sure what my issue is, but here is the problem. I wake up at least once every night with some kind of dream still happening in my room. Sometimes it is very frightening and I can't move, or I have trouble forgetting about it and going back to sleep. I eventually know that it is a dream, but why is it happening when my eyes are open and I am awake? Is this insomnia?
