when i wake up and can't sleep, i try to relax,
maybe do some deep breathing, and see if i can't
go off back to sleep. a sleep researcher at
Stanford told me it isn't necessary to get up.
she said that if you're relaxing, and not
totally aroused, it's okay to hang out in bed.

today i'm having a real hard time staying
awake. altho i slept more last nite, i'm having
a harder time staying awake than the previous
few days.
