hey giajolie,

OMG! I was taking Ambien for a little over four months and
stopped suddenly cause the 5mg pills werent working for me
anymore and I didnt want to go higher. At the same time I was
on Paxil. I stopped the Paxil a week before I stopped Ambien.

BUT... I also notice the same withdrawals -- headaches, back
pain and especially the swollen hands. My sleep has been better
but not 100%. I get up in the middle of the night a few times.

I didnt know if these were withdrawals from Paxil. Hey maybe it
is both meds.

How long will this take to get out of my system you think?

thanks for this post!
