Stopping Paxil cold turkey was the worst experience I've ever had. I felt high for a whole week while I was going through withdrawals. I had to take vacation from work cause there was no way I could've done my job. When I would sleep I would wake up thinking I wasn't breathing, and would have those "zap" sensations that I could feel running through my arms and legs. Doctors don't recommend stopping cold turkey. All I can remember is that is was a very bad experience.
