Seeking sleep,

You might find the following thread somewhat interesting:
http://www.sleepnet.com/insomnia24/messages/321.html

Several people who have been "recovering" from insomnia describe themselves and their situations in a little bit of detail.

My personal profile is obviously out of date. What I can tell you is that at this point, I have good nights and good weeks. I have nights where sleep is not as good. Sometimes I have several nights in a week where sleep is not as good. But I've gotten to the point where I find that a not so good night rarely bothers me. I still think about sleep a lot but it doesn't make me anxious anymore. I don't feel compelled to look for a cure as I am already using the best know method for managing insomnia. And it works really really well.
