This is helpful. I feel like all I do is search for rememdies these days. I keep thinking the cure is written somewhere and of course it isn't.

I'm just so mad that I have this disorder that it it's that anger that keeps me from accepting and moving on. My husband says it's like I'm squeezing a garden hose - all that does is cause pressure to build and build and eventually the hose bursts. When I awaken in the night I immediately panic then I'm angry and then of course I don't sleep. This bout has just been going on and on. It gets better for no apparent reason and then it acts up again. I just feel like I have no control at all over it.

How long have you had insomnia?
