oh i see, i'll try not to be discouraged but i must admit i am a little wary of these stages you describe. i guess it makes sense because missed sleep always catches up with you in the end.i felt really tired the over the weekend when i first started but felt 'ok' at work y'day and today...i guess i'm still buzzing from insomnia free nights.i'm not functioning 'normally'(can't even remember how that feels anymore) but certainly feel an improvement.

How come you have started and stopped the programme so many times? the day time sleepiness perhaps? why do you think the programme is working better for you this time around? excuse the 20 questions!

i'd really love to hear from anyone about their SR experiences and the various stages...i'm hoping not everyone has them, the author of 'desperately seeking snoozi' never mentioned them in his book.

i'm going to my first hypnotherapy session later this week, i'm hoping that this will help too.
