Thank you

I just wanted to say thank so much for all the words of encouragement that I received yesterday. Mainly it is so helpful to know that I'm not alone. I don't know anyone personally who has dealt with insomnia to this degree and just knowing that other people out there have makes me feel less crazy I guess. So I really do appreciate it. Hearing you all use the word "recovered" gives me a sense of hope.

By the way, those of you who are recovered, I'd love to hear your success stories. Zzzzz told me to go to forum24 to hear some of some of these success stories. However, when I do that sort of blind search, I find myself getting anxious because I will stumble onto one too many not so great stories and I can't take that right now. I just want to hear the successful stories. So, if any of you have time, please share.

Thanks again -

Molly
