Just wanted to interject something here.....if you are watching the clock at night, that is a HUGE source of anxiety for someone with insomnia. That was one of the first and biggest changes I made, with the most dramatic results in terms of reducing anxiety. Set the alarm, turn it around and forget about it. After all, knowing what time it is isn't going to put you to sleep, usually just the opposite.
