Read "Psalms" because David wrote it from a cave when he was scared for his life. He couldn't sleep either. Read "Robinson Crusoe" because he was alone on a desert island for most of his life. He couldn't sleep either. Or read anything by Victor Frankl because he survived the Nazi concentration camps. Imagine trying to sleep through the holocaust. I like to read about people who survived things much worse than my insomnia.
