Posted by Seeking sleep on January 27, 2005 at 18:46:44:I made the mistake of doing a search about sleep maintenance insomnia and what I read wasn't encouraging. It seems to be a much harder problem to solve than sleep onset. It looks like SR isn't very successful in treating this kind of insomnia. I shouldn't have looked because now I'm really saying, "mine is worse - it's a different animal - there is no cure for me." I feel panicked.
Please someone let me know if they have recovered from sleep maintenance.
Thanks
