As I mentioned, I had sleep onset and sleep maintenance insomnia at the same time. I've all kinds of different forms of insomnia. But ultimately, I let nature take it's course and I got better.

I know things are really hard but all you have to do is to remember this... according to Dr. Greg Jacobs, author "Say Goodnight to insomnia, 100% of insomniacs slept better when they discovered cognitive behavioral therapy. That means that unless you are some kind of freak of nature (and I'm sure you are not), you will sleep better. 90% were able to reduce or eliminate usage of sleep meds.

You might as well accept it, CBT and SR are tools that will help you get better. And the only thing you need to do to start is pick a time to go to bed and pick a time to get out of bed. That's all you need to do to start.
