Molly, What a great post. Thanks for sharing your story. Interesting, though, the correlation between losing control of an aspect of your life and not sleeping well. I guess the million dollar question is what to do about it now.

If I was to give you one piece of advice, (and I'm speaking only from past experience) it would be to discontinue searching the archives on this forum. If you feel that checking the current daily messages is not harming you, then that's probably ok...especially since everyone here is so sincere and knowledgeable and helpful. Honestly, though you've probably already learned that too much information is not always better than not enough. Granted, there's probably some more stuff you could learn about SR or different behavior therapies, but digging through these forums is probably not a good way to do it right now. Of course, this just my opinion.

The main thing is....you got some sleep! Hey that's great. That just proves right there that you can do it. 7 hours is wonderful. Please keep in touch and fill us in on how you are doing. Tom
