but I think it made it worse, in my case.
I was on ativan for about a year. I was
taking 10 mg twice a day at first, later 5 mg
3 times a week. Supposedly a "safe" dosage.
but i developed tolerance for it. And i
noticed that my insomnia would be worse
over a period of days after the last time
i took it.
