Falling Asleep but not sleeping

Does anyone else have this problem? I have sleep apenea and use a cpap, also have had UPPP surgery. Here's the problem. I fall asleep at night but wake up like I haven't slept at all. Have had all the test and eveything shows normal. The Dr suggeted it is stress nad to get help for that. I think it's something else. Really starting to get deeply worried.
