Update, 2 steps up and one back

I just got my copy of Desperately Seekin Snoozin'. I am looking forward to it as I had a bad night last night (but my 4 year old contributed, waking up at 1:30). I quit the job that was certainly adding to my stress and have a new job starting in 2 weeks. I have some cleanup this week but the stress is down. I did sleep better last week after posting but still only about 4-5 hours max. Still much better than before. I see my doc Friday and want to review the meds. I am on 10mg paxil in the morning. I know it is a low dose, but I would like to get off of it if I can and if he agrees. The dry sour mouth is awful. I am also seeing the dentist soon, I hear that cavities are a common side affect of SSRIs due to the dry mouth. Thoughts and feedback are appreciated!
