I have reverted back to pills again to help me sleep. I guess I learn slowly. I have been on Temazapam and want to GET OFF! I feel like I can't sleep without it and yet I feel awful when I take it. I have read the book and I'm going to start the whole program again. I'm not sure why I keep going back to the "pill fix". It doesn't work.
