Hi Twilight,

I took Temazepam for years - a low dose once or twice a week for insomnia - but in the end thought that although it was making me sleep it wasn't helping my mood. It really knocks you out and was a great muscle relaxant. I find aspirin works as a mild muscle relaxant and it does help me get back to sleep during the night so you could see if that helps.
