The road to recovery is filled with setbacks. I remember a year ago when I first started SR/CBT, I quit after 3 nights and ran to my medicine cabinet. The next few months were hell. Now how I wished I would have been more patient! As you recover the setbacks get less severe and not as frequent. I had a real rough spot over the weekend after sleeping good for about 6 weeks. Last night I got back in my groove though. I does not stress me out so much anymore. Just a major annoyance and inconvenience! So just try to take it all in stide. You'll have good and bad nights. P.S. I hear from many others that SSRI's can really mess up your sleep. Insomnia is listed as a primary side-effect of Paxil.
