What med's did you stop taking?Your problem sounds similiar to mine.I only get 2 to 3 hours a night and then get up and go to work.My doctor is weaning me off my meds.I hope it helps but I don't trust anything doctors tell me about my insomnia anymore.I've only had chonic insomnia for 10 months but it's starting to really make my life suck.I feel so bad everyday.I sure don't have any suggestions but I wanted to let you know your not alone.
