Well the first day at new job was a disaster. Didn't have to wake up until 7:30am. Fell asleep about 3 was up at 4:15. Woke up in a cold sweat, real bad anxiety, tight chest and of course completly worn out. Started at 8:30am by 10 I thought I would have to leave. Couldn't keep my head up and the anxiety was real bad. The boss gave me som things to read, I could not concentrate. He could even see I was not right. The first thing he asked me if I felt ok. I just said I didn't sleep well. Now the big problem is tomorrow. Hope to get better sleep tonight. And some how releive my self of the aniexty. The tiredness I could handle for the day, it's the aniexty that really effects me. Trying to be positive but really not.
