Hi - have you considered email to Dr. William Dement - he is the authority - do you get much physical exercise - i feel for you - there are some new meds out - Lunesta and some others - have you tried that - i have had problems too - since I was 23 and am 61 now but i do sleep - have you tried amitriptyline - i started on 50 and now am on 100 - it is an old tricyclic antidepressant - it is about the only one that will work for me - SSRIS keep me AWAKE - they wire me - ask your doctor about amitriptyline - Elavil is the brand name - it is very cheap - keep us posted - you obviously need a shoulder to cry on. Don't give up - God loves you.
