Just do it very slowly. You should see your doctor and let him tell you how to taper down. My experience was rough. I experienced withdrawl, the first 8 or 10 ten days was rough. Like I said before I'm still not sleeping, actually talked about seeing a doctor about meds again. Don't know if I'm not sleeping because of my nerves and anxiety, or the not sleeping is causing the anxiety and the nerves.
